My path to Chinese Astrology began with a sense of a calling…:
a quiet pull toward the Dao.
Years ago, that calling brought me to China, where I immersed myself in the study of Daoist philosophy, ritual, and inner cultivation. What started as curiosity soon became a way of life. I was ordained as a 22nd Generation disciple of the “Dragon Gate” Daoist lineage. This initiation wasn’t just a title—it marked a deep commitment to carrying forward a living stream of wisdom that honors balance, nature, and the unseen currents that shape our lives.
From within this Daoist tradition, I discovered Chinese astrology as a precise and compassionate language of energy. I was fascinated by how it could translate the cycles of time, destiny, and personal potential, into clear guidance for everyday life. Chinese astrology became the bridge between the ancient teachings of the Dao and the modern questions my clients were asking in their own lives.
My journey also includes my studies in India, where I trained in yoga, Eastern philosophies, and Ayurvedic medicine. These teachings deepened my understanding of the body, mind, and spirit as an integrated whole. Ayurveda showed me how our constitution, lifestyle, and environment shape our well‑being, while yoga and meditation taught me how to listen—gently, honestly—to the inner self.
In addition to my spiritual training, I pursued a formal education as a professional educator and earned a teaching degree in education. This background in teaching is woven through everything I do. It allows me to translate complex, esoteric ideas into clear, grounded insights that people can actually use. I soon realized that my work is not about giving abstract predictions; it is about helping you understand yourself and your path in a way that feels practical, empowering, and kind.
My understanding of the Dao also helped me to realize that the value of astrology is not about knowing what is going to happen TO you, but what you DO with what happens.
My Daoist approach is not about trends or quick fixes. It is about timeless principles, life experience, and a deep understanding of the nature of being with a respect for each person’s unique destiny.
I apply classical Daoist wisdom to modern life. I see each chart, each space, and each person as an expression of the Dao in motion—shifting, evolving, seeking harmony.
